  mrsdennett.jpg Margaret Dennett grew up in Davis at her high school it was an expectation for all students to go to college. She went to UC Davis and earned a BS in design with an emphasis in Costume and Textiles. Right after college she was hired as a Costume designer for Sacramento City Actors theater. She taught a Costume construction class and was an assistant in the stage-make up class. She won three awards for costume design in Drama, known as Elly’s. Margaret is a mother to four kids.

She returned to  school to get her second degree in Art and Teaching credential in Art, Drama and Textiles. Her first teaching experience was The Independent Study program for NVUSD. Margaret really enjoys teaching Art and Drama and also hopes that one day she can teach textiles (sewing and design) class.
